Kate is an established designer for the immersive and site sympathetic world of theatre and dance. Her experiences in this industry; creating worlds and theatrical playgrounds for audience exploration, have also lead her to venture into the exhibition and events industry. Working with pioneering theatrical storytellers, Punchdrunk for the majority of her career,  Kate has also designed and worked with leading cultural institutions such as Southbank Centre, Wales Millennium Centre, National Maritime Museum and National Trust.

Devising shows and experiences as well as directing the look and feel of the spaces is Kate's favourite way to work. A trained tailor and costume maker, Kate also designs costume for site specific, opera, dance and circus.
